Concert Policies

  • Each individual attending a performance must possess a valid ticket or pass issued by L’Armonia Boston. This requirement applies to patrons of all ages.

  • All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will only be provided if a performance is canceled and does not take place.

  • Photography and audio or video recording are not permitted during performances.

  • L’Armonia Boston is dedicated to providing an exceptional concert experience for all patrons. In consideration of fellow audience members and performers, we ask that children attend only if they can remain quiet and attentive throughout the performance. Our concerts are presented in an intimate venue within a historic museum, where even small disruptions can affect the experience of others.

  • Our performances are held at independently operated venues, including Gore Place and the Gore Place Carriage House. Venue-specific policies and restrictions may apply and should be observed by all patrons.

  • The following items are not permitted inside the performance venue:

    • Weapons of any kind

    • Banners, signs, flags, flyers, or other promotional materials

    • Outside audio or video recording equipment

    • Professional cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses

    • Laptop computers, tablets, and similar electronic devices

    • Outside food or beverages

  • L’Armonia Boston may photograph, film, or otherwise record performances and audience members for promotional, educational, archival, or other organizational purposes.
